Your GP Practice can now help you take care of your health from home. Using the Clinitouch app, you can easily share how you’re feeling so your GP team can keep track and provide the right support when you need it.

Tell us how you’re feeling and about any symptoms. This can include multiple-choice questions or health readings related to your condition.
Your responses are stored safely and reviewed by your GP team. If something doesn’t look right, or we need more information, they’ll get in touch.
The Clinitouch app has a library of on-demand guides, tips and videos to help you take care of your health and wellbeing, whenever suits you.
Your account is already set up. Simply click the button below and you'll be taken to the app store where you can download Clinitouch Connect.
Alternatively, you can search for 'Clinitouch Connect' in the app store yourself.
What device do I need to use Clinitouch?
To ensure you can use Clinitouch smoothly, please check that your phone or tablet meets these requirements:
- iOS version 18.0 or later
- Android version 12 or later
You can see this information in the settings section on your device. If you need any help, or think that your device is not compatible, please contact your GP practice.
Looking after long-term health can be tricky. Clinitouch helps your GP check in on you from home. You can also get useful tips and information to help you stay well.
You can get the app on your smart phone or tablet:
1. Go to Clinitouch.co/gp-practice, or
2. Search for ‘Clinitouch Connect’ in the App Store or Google Play Store (look for the purple icon).
Your GP team has set up your account ready for you, so all you need to do is follow these simple steps to log in:
1. Open the app
2. Enter your mobile phone number
3. You’ll get a text with a code
4. Type the code into the app - and you’re in!
Your GP will add tasks to your to do list and share helpful tips, which you can see on your home screen as soon as you log in. Plus, you can even set handy reminders.
To get reminders:
1. Open the Clinitouch app and log in
2. Tap 'Account' at the bottom
3. Tap Notifications, then Daily reminder
